All orders are shipped directly worldwide upon payment confirmation.
Shipping terms are Free on Board (FOB) from the designated origin facility. The buyer assumes all responsibility and risk of damage or loss once the ecostucco® products are loaded onto Mediterranean Colors, LLC’s assigned carrier.
Satisfaction is guaranteed. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase, assuming the product is in the original condition and packaging. The full amount will be credited less shipping charges and a 20%-restocking fee.
It is highly recommended to purchase insurance for the full value and obtain a tracking reference to ensure a prompt and full credit. Damaged returned products won’t be accepted. Credits are issued upon inspection and processing of the return is expected within 5 business days. A confirmation is emailed once the return has been processed.
